Overall it was a pleasant stay in this otherwise sleepy town. We had room which had a stone fireplace and central heating and was tastefully decorated. The location was peaceful, just a short stroll away from Eiffel Tower Viewing Deck.

We had a delightful stay at Chateau De in Chemery. the hosts were warm and welcoming, and the castle itself was beautiful. the art exhibition showcasing the host's daughter and son-in-law's paintings was a lovely addition. We particularly enjoyed the delicious and healthy breakfast. the host also recommended a fantastic dinner place where we received a complimentary glass of wine. it was a wonderful experience.
Nothing that we didn't like.

I had a VERY ENJOYABLE stay in this otherwise sleepy town. the staff was accommodating and pleasant. the food was appetising. It was a quiet location for us. Very close to the castles, a tower like a proper princess, and a museum.

The kids had a blast exploring the Chateau's medieval rooms and playing in the beautiful courtyard. The breakfast in the charming medieval room was delicious, and we appreciated the warm hospitality of the owners. Being just 18 km away from the amazing Beauval Zoo made it an ideal location for a family day trip!
My children wanted more activities for kids on-site.
